Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Elysavor ("we") collects, uses, and protects the information you share when visiting this site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and message content when you use the contact form. Contact-form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, our form-processing provider. We do not currently operate our own analytics service.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site stores a small local preference for your cookie choice and appearance preference. It does not currently load advertising or analytics cookies. If advertising or analytics is enabled in the future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before those non-essential technologies are loaded.

3. Advertising and Google AdSense

The site is not currently serving Google AdSense display ads. If Google AdSense is enabled in the future, Google may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with the consent and disclosure requirements that apply at that time. The relevant disclosure and consent controls will be published before ads are served.

You can learn more about how Google uses data when you visit partner sites on Google's dedicated page (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

4. Use of Your Information

We use contact-form information to respond to inquiries and maintain the site. We do not currently use visitor analytics or serve advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain messages sent through the contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, plus a reasonable period for archival purposes, before deletion.

6. Your Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area or a jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Contact page.

7. Children's Privacy

Although some of our content addresses topics such as children's nutrition, this site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
